I plan to go next year as a PGA member… I just have to figure out how to get my daughter in as well. Kids get in free, but only with TICKET holders. Using your PGA membership to get in doesn't make you a TICKET holder.

It's even more complicated than that.
The ticket "holder" has to be the person who the ticket was mailed/sold to by ANGC.
I.e. a scalped or borrowed ticket won't do it....but
perhaps someone who was attending anyway (who is the "badge holder") might extend the generosity of getting your daughter in the gates with them as you obviously don't need a badge.
Maybe a GCAer lucky enough to win the lottery.

Just checked stubhub....Wednesday tix are starting at $1100 each.  Please tell me Monday or Tuesday rounds are more reasonable

Amortized over 10 to 15 years of trying the lottery and coming up zero it doesn’t seem too bad. Especially as most folks will only go once.  Heck most of us spend that on drivers over 5 years. Just a matter of priorities.

Tigermania drove up the prices this year.  I bought a practice round ticket 3 years ago for $300.  I would wait and see what happens, especially with the practice round.  Tournament rounds are far more difficult because they are mostly badges for the 4 days which makes handing it off to the next person critical and requires a great deal of trust.

I believe the small print none of us read says the blind draw isn’t really blind and rather they pick people who never got a ticket, to expand their brand. Very smart. Can’t be mad.
