My "cousin-in-law" Chip Hiemenz is on the archives committee at St Louis CC and is looking for more historic photos of the club.


Specifically, he's looking for photos from the 1925 Womens Am. There was a photo of the trophy presentation in Golf Illustrated, possibly taken by "Levick". Any connections to that photo, Golf Illustrated, "Levick" or that Womens Am would be much appreciated.


Any other SLCC background would be awesome too - I'd be happy to pass along or directly get GCA friends in touch with Chip. He's doing an outstanding job growing the golf archives of this fine club!


And be sure to check out the new historical artifacts he and the membership have put on display in the clubhouse over the past few years - most particularly the CB Macdonald plaque, the club pros clubs and the Bush family connection photos.

Thank you Bret! This photo is the one Chip is looking for a higher resolution version of! The USGA did not have a better one. So also pursuing the Golf Illustrated and "Levick from New York" angles.


Appreciate the additional documents too - some of those Chip had not seen before!
