"The Architects of Golf" by Whitten and Cornish has lists of courses for Flynn and most other architects.

Here are some Flynn courses off the top of my head,

Shinnecock Hills
Cascades
Cherry Hills
Philmont
Philadelphia Country Club (Spring Mill)
Rolling Green
Huntingdon Valley
Manufacturers
Lancaster
Lehigh

A very quick and easy way to find the courses that Flynn designed is by going to GolfCourse.com.  Once your their, you can do an advanced search.  Once that loads, all you have to do is type Flynn where the architect is asked for.  Hope this helps.
