The Tree Farm - South Carolina - Doak - What's the story?

I just read a golf article and it mentions that Tom Doak has routed a course in South Carolina called the Tree Farm - anyone have any information about it?

It is Zac Blair's project. I am unsure how it is related to The Buck Club, which was planned to be his course in Utah.

Yeah, it's Zac Blair's Buck Club project near Aiken. Has been discussed at length on here.
