Not really.
An entire building sits empty other than the original locker room

What club/course has the best one stop shopping small clubhouse/bar/proshop as a permanent feature?

Do you not do the above at Palmetto now?

The clubhouse at Tara Iti is the star attraction of the place, in how well it fits in with all the golf around it, and the indoor/outdoor feel that you can pull off in New Zealand.

The pro shop can be locked off from the rest -- I don't know if that somehow disqualifies it from discussion.

Jeff should remember this!

yes but you have an empty Stanford White clubhouse.
The pro shop area and grill are disconnected from the really cool memorabilia room.
Good but not perfect(and you know how much I love it)

The separate locker room in another large virtually unused building disqualifies it :0

But the clubhouse is not the star of the show.
