Interestingly, it's a list of the best public course in each state, though they never say that. I wasn't 100% sure of this until I got to Pennsylvania and the #1 course was at Nemacolin Woodlands!
disagree on Idaho. Probably should be Coeur d'Alene resort. Circling Raven is at the bottom of my Indian casino list.

It’s not as pretty but I thought, except for 18, it was very good.
