I was driving along to Elie on Monday to meet up with Jerry, Mike, Sean and Sterling and observed the building of what appeared to the the new access junction and road in. Just short of the Elie junction on the A917 near Drumeldrie. There’s a very nice view from there at least!

If I'm not mistaken, Paul Kimber (the GCA quoted in the article, was formerly a design associate with David McClay Kidd.
