Much as I’d love to take your advice(!), Mrs FBD and our other two fellow travellers might dump me in the outback (no, not the restaurant, you yanks!), if’n I go golfin’ too much down under!

I lived in Australia for 1.5 years....and there is nothing Australian about Outback the restaurant.... ;D

Right, first things first.
Just got back home about an hour ago and still reeling from the magnificence of our three week antipodean adventure.
More thoughts/reasoned discussions to follow once I've organised my photos and headspace, but need to once again reiterate to our Aussie brethren, how wonderful you all are.
Sean, Matthew, Terry, Andrew and Scott - guys, you're the best. I owe you all big-time and looking forward to repaying in any way your kindness and hospitality sometime in our future.

In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.
