Understood completely Mike. Dumb Friday nite long week question on my part, sorry.I guess I was thinking about your mention of the region generally as opposed to the particular project mentioned by Scott but I'm sensitive to your point.

Farmers don't really like to grow crops on it but much is used for hunting and various other things....I may be prejudice but have had high hopes for the area for a long time. Lots of golfers who could get there in less than two hours by car. If you are really interested in some boring but good stuff then google " soil survey of Candler, Evans and Tattnall counties.
