Travis Invitational - Bracket
« on: May 17, 2014, 10:50:48 AM »
Anyone know where I can find the Top 16 bracket for the Travis?  I believe stroke play qualifying was yesterday.

That right hand side has a number of GCA connections.  My friend, John Sawin is the #2 seed.

Nice to see Ohio well represented in the top 16 bracket (2 from TGC and 1 from Country). Mr. Kelley Is a fellow Miami of Ohio alum too!

There is also Ken Bakst (of Friar's Head fame), who used to post on here way back in the day, and may still be a member, for all I know.  If he and Andrew win they will play in the next round.

Jim,

What about the other brackets ?

Pat.....try using your toes to scroll down as it's well-evidenced, your fingers are no longer connected to your brain! ;D

Steve,

I used my toes, fingers, nose and Dick, but my IPad isn't scrolling down.
I'll have to fire up my computer

Pat,

If you click on the "Click here to open in a new window" above the bracket it should open a new window you can scroll down with the other flights.

Geoff,

Thanks

Qualifying scores were high.

While the weather is a factor, there's something about that 115 year old course that resists scoring

Agreed.  John Sawin told me that the wind made things quite difficult for the stroke play qualifying.

Brett Williams also plays out of Baltimore Country Club and lives in Baltimore. Not sure why he uses TGC as his home club now, not that there is anything wrong with that. Granted, he went to OSU*, but....congrats on the big win nonetheless.
