Golf w/in a horse racing track?

Other than Musselburgh, does anybody out there have an example of a 9-hole course that plays within or (as in the case of Musselburgh) nearly within a horse racing oval?  I'm looking for good examples of this in practice.

Not necessarily a good example, but Portland Meadows had one for years.
It shows up on Google Earth in 2011, but in 2012 it looks like it has gone defunct, which in the back of my memory seems correct.

It's not the case anymore, but up until the 70's I believe The Country Club in Brookline's first and eighteenth holes played in and around the club's horse track. If you look at an aerial picture, they make a semi-circle even today with the range in the middle.

I initiated a similar thread last year. Many examples were highlighted, not just 9-holers.

I shall try to find the thread and link it in here.

On the (huge) thread about course routings and plans there are several within horse racing courses shown.

Quite a few in the UK, though not always contained inside the race course. Salisbury, Caister, Newbury. I have always thought of it negatively. Think there are several others as they pop up from time to time when the horse racing is on.

Cypress Golf Course in Southern California closed in 2004, but it have about five holes that played in the infield of the Los Alamitos Race Track.  It was a Pete and Perry Dye abomination design that only lasted about 12 years.

The Pleasanton Golf Center (pitch & putt) is entirely within the Alameda County Fairgrounds racetrack, which is a stop on the NorCal CARF circuit in around June-July.

There is a training track here in KY that has a couple flags in the middle. Not a real golf course, but I see the grooms out there playing occasionally.

Leopardstown in Foxrock, Dublin, and Gowran Park in Kilkenny have holes in the middle of the track. There might be more in Ireland.

Sandown Park in Surrey is entirely within the racetrack. They have I think 9 holes of "regulation" holes with two holes cut on each green and then a par 3 course. Has the honour of being the first place I ever played the game. The par 3 course that is. Neither is anything to write home about.

There's a course in Newcastle in the North East of England that is within a racetrack (or at least around a racetrack). Possibly "City of Newcastle" golf club? I'm not too sure. Will google.

War Admiral in Ocean City, MD has remnants of the old track, and an old rusty starting gate between a few holes on the front 9.

The course in Newcastle identified by Michael is The Northumberland Golf. Club, my home club.  It was designed by Colt, though Braid rid some (unrecorded work there in 1919).

At least in the UK, horse racing tracks are frequently on sandy soil so shared sites makes sense from a golf perspective. Not much use for crop or grass growing either.

Kelso golf course in the Scottish borders not only plays within the racetrack, but also ON the track. Check this aerial. The first hole plays from bottom left OVER two of the jumps! I know because my three wood approach SCREAMED into the second jump never to be seen again...!

There are a few other golf courses in the middle of racetracks on the Northern California fair circuit.  Santa Rosa has a facility very much like Pleasanton in the middle of the track.  Solano County fairgrounds still has a golf course in the middle of the track, but CARF hasn't raced in Vallejo in a number of years.  Not sure if Golden Gate Fields ever had a golf course in the infield, but as Bill said, Bay Meadows definitely had one once upon a time.

The racecourse is in play at Northumberland.  In the Summer it's pretty fearsome rough.  Relief is available from the hurdles.
