In addition to those already mentioned, I'd recommend Tadmarton Heath. Slightly olde-worldy traditional feel, plays longer than the card suggests, sandy free draining soil, small greens, gorse and heather and great fun.
I'd also suggest the The Green course at Frilford Heath. The Green course is underrated IMO, with the holes from the 5th to the 13th, where birch trees, gorse and heather abound, being particularly splendid. Nice (small) green complexes too.
