Patrick, I played on 12/31, 1/1, & 1/2. We took a cart with forecaddie, had him drive and we walked. The courses are very wide so this worked well. I think his fee was 30 a bag plus tip, his name was Will and did a great job. I enjoyed both courses a great deal, played the Blue first which I think is smart, it is more open and forgiving especially out of the gate. The Red opens with a ball buster but really appealed to me a great deal, I loved the visual diversity of the land forms on the Red. The Blue has great strategy but more subdued elevations as a whole. My favorite hole on the Blue was #13 a great short par 4, my favorite on the Red is split between #4 and #17, both very strategic mid length par 4's with several options off the tee.
We stayed in the Ross room which has double queens, had the place mostly to ourselves. The food was great and the golf staff took great care of us. I think we were test subjects to some degree as they were working out a few bugs with the computer system.
