Sounds great! Please put me and JC Jones on the list. We'll be roomies as well. Condos?

Thanks again for organizing. I haven't played either of the courses so am really looking forward to it.

I'm in, too. I live five minutes away, so no need for a room for me.

I can also assist with second rounds on Saturday and/or Sunday outside of Caledonia and TB, if desired.

Gonna be a hoot and a half; looking forward to it!

It sure is and it's still one of the best down here. It does have more competition than it used to, which is a good thing. Bistro 217, Caffe Piccolo, Chive Blossom, Perrone's and the Rice Paddy and River Room down in Georgetown are all very good places on the higher end. The bar scene is not as robust as it is in Myrtle Beach but we do have the excellent and very convivial PIT (Pawleys Island Tavern) and other spots. Carolina Wings, just up the way in Litchfield, is a good contender as far as places to watch the Big Game.

Frank's Outback is still going strong too. Everyone raves in particular about their pizzas, along with their steaks and fish and such.

Vanderbilt has already concluded what for us is a perfect season as we are in the SEC and will never hope to go undefeated.

However being responsible for the sacking of not only the UK football coach but the very next week the boogereaters( my frat brothers pet name for all Volunteers I am afraid) coach is indeed rated as a perfect season.

Count me in.  Thanks to those involved in organizing this event.

Caledonia and True Blue are both awesome!  Plus, there are good courses close by that offer 2nd round opportunities (ie Pawleys Plantation & The Heritage).

If we're in condos, please put me with Smith & Jones.  I'll probably need a room mate.  (I don't snore & am relatively quiet).  Who's in?

What is the closest major airport?  Will some fly in and then drive, or do all of you live close enough to just drive there?  Interested.  Thanks.  TW

Hi Tony,

Myrtle Beach has its own airport.  However, the next closest airport would probably be Charleston (~1.0hr away from Pawleys Island).

Wilmington, NC is another option, probably a hair closer than Charleston, but not by much.
