The developer is Joel Cadbury of the chocolate dynasty, and his team includes a lot of the people who worked on Queenwood. Also like Queenwood, David Kidd is designing, although they have got Tom Watson and his guys involved as codesigners.
Construction should start in January. Also, the hotel and the golf club will be separate - hotel guests will not have access to the course.
