Hard to tell but Beechtree (Doak) in Aberdeen, MD was highly regarded before it became NLE a few years ago.

Today's NLEs (plural, not possessive) are which? I think we need lists to embark on a comparison. Are we beginning with USA courses alone?

I appreciate the grammatical correction, I'll leave it as is...I don't have lists, I don't like them, this is more of a discussion than it is a debate...

I think time will tell.  Unfortunately, we most likely don't know the extent of the NLE courses yet.

Nor do we wish to know that any will be NLE.

Let's ask this question: why did courses go NLE? Housing and other development opportunities. My thinking is, potential NLE courses are those in areas of high growth, where abundant courses exist within a 30-minutes drive and where the candidate for NLE is an island within a developed commercial/housing area.
