No max handicap Criss.  You're welcome to join!

Great! Pencil me in as a maybe then. I may be in South Carolina that weekend, but if plans change, I should be able to make it. I'll know more in the coming months.

George,

I'm going to be in the States a few days earlier and am hoping to visit a client in Indianapolis.  I have always threatened at BUDA to do a US GCA event.  Pencil me in and I'll see if I can firm it up.
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Many thanks to George and Pat for organizing!

I'm as in as I could possibly be this far in advance.  I'd be down for any early Saturday and/or late Sunday rounds as well.

Is it faster to drive thru Downer's Grove rather than thru I94 Chicago?

What other decent course are nearby that would be a nice addition to Lawsonia?

Erin Hills and the Blackwolf Run/Whistling Straights courses aren't too far away.

On the private side you have Blue Mound CC and Milwaukee CC in Milwaukee.

I was excited when I saw this but unfortunately have a conflict that weekend.  My sister in law is getting her MD/PHD after 10 years of work at Yale and performing in a piano recital.  . . . . . .I suppose that is more important than golf.

Have a terrific time everyone.

Sign me up. Finally a GCA event close enough to home that I can't turn down.

Well Jason, if you can't make Lawsonia, I guess settling for a round at Yale should suffice.

I too, won't be able to attend, although I had a blast at MWM#1, as it looks like I'll be back here in Finland to finish shaping my Course in Espoo.

From a historical perspective, check out Tuscumbia (oldest 18 in Wisc.) across the street from the Heidel House.  The natural sandy soil allowed for the mistaken grassing over of many original bunkers but the landforms are still there to admire.  It also has a 9-hole pitch and putt and decent clubhouse bar - Lawsonia, remember, is Dry - being owned by the Baptist and all.

Tim,

George,

Count me in!! I'm late to the dance on this as usual.  The important thing is that I will try to represent the West side with dignity and humility provided some evil barman does not overserve me.  I hope there is room.  Thanks for the invite and thank you to you and Pat for setting it up.
