It's time for some exestentialism (SP?) my friends. 

If you were a golf hole, which famous hole would you be?

If not a famous hole, where would you be located?

Who would design you?

How would you play?

How many cubic feet of dirt would Rees Jones move to create your mounding?

Pictures of holes are encouraging.

Let's get the creative juice flowing, friends.

  Excellent topic Michael. I would take quirk to the limit. Have to have the blind bath tub grren like Cruden Bat 14. Tee box would have ocean view and a burn in the landing area to punish the long hitter. I would design it with Eric Smith and of course have Mike Young working a ginger beer/bar-b-que stand on the way to the next hole.

  It would be about 100 yards from my house in the township owned property that was bought to prevent any development there. I would be a par three with the slightest elevation and a diagonal creek. The hole would be available for play at no cost to anyway. I would design it. No earth would be moved, but significant tree removal would be needed.

Welll in that case, you may or may not want to start saving some $$$ because improvements like that do not come cheap.  Such a dramatic modification would require a herculean effort.

Sean, in that case I'd be the fourth at LACC. I could hang out with Beckham (and Posh) and discuss why soccer is inferior to golf.  ;) Not saying your holes not a good one. A lot of guys would love that view too.

I thought of the same golf hole you did.  Many people see a wall and think of me as unapproachable, but I'm actually pretty easy to approach once you get to know me.  ;)

The member I played with was very sure, and a soccer fan. I forget who he bought it from but it was another famous person, an actor I think. But that's not a bad par 3 either.  ;D

The member I played with told me that as well. Then I googled it and it does not look like the same house. Regardless of whose it is, its incredible.

My least favorite Par 3 on the course, although they are all good.

We can schedule Fabio for a the castration at the same time.

Note that the surgeries are painless, so much so that the membership at Bel Air never even noticed they were getting them.....

The hole will be vastly improved, post restoration.
