No worries. I may not play well, but I am a fast foozler. PG is a short course, so we should comfortably finish with time to spare no matter how the pairings are made.

TH,

I'm checking out the Sunday pairings for Pasa and did we really want the lower handicap players to come in after the higher handicaps?

Wouldn't want to hold up the pace of play for those scratch players or anything...  ;)

Patrick,

I'm one of those HH players and I've been put in the very last group. So I think Huck put together a "fair and balanced" tee sheet.  :)

Besides, putting is the best part of my game so naturally NorCal would want me there at the end to shove a dagger into the collective RoW's heart.

Patrick:

The slowest players I've ever played with have been low handicappers.  Outside of that I make no judgments.  In any case I set these up based on many requests I received (have to go early, have to go late, have to go with X, etc.) and pretty much just random after that.  I'm sure you all will keep pace of play moving.

 ;)

Tom,

It's been the opposite for me.  I wouldn't mind playing in two and a half hours!  But for Pasatiempo, the more time on the course, the better!  So either way its all good!  And as long the company is good, it doesn't matter!

 :)

It's less than 48 hours before a Kings Putter, and Shivas hasn't canceled yet? ;D

Just found out that my travel plans for tomrrow (Thursday) have changed slightly.  I'll be dropping off a business associate at LAX in the early AM and then I'm going to just drive up to Monterey right after that and check in to the Ramada Marina...so I'll be there mid-afternoon instead of late-evening.

Does anyone plan on being around tomorrow afternoon that wants to get together for dinner?

Please IM or Email (evanfleisher@roadrunner.com) or call my cell if interested.

My plans just changed slightly and I find I'll be in town on Thursday evening.  Therefore, if anyone is interested in playing a quick 9 or more at Poppy Hills on Thursday afternoon right at 5PM (don't be late.)

Let me know via IM.  If there are more than 3 of you I'll get another employee to come along.

Cost will be $15 + you might have to pay to get in 17 Mile Drive.  Tell them you have a tee time.  If you are an NCGA member it should be free to get in, but they've been kind of funky lately.

Evan,

Jordan and I will be arriving at the Ramada Marina at around 10-10:30 assuming all flights are reasonably close to being on time. We will need to stop for an "Inn and Out" burger on the way down.  I am addicted to those burgers.

Really looking forward to meeting all of you guys.

I had the pleasure of a "practice round" for the KP today with Mr. Pittock, Mr. McBride and my father at Peacock Gap.

Fittingly, with "Ace" McBride watching, my dad made his first hole-in-1 on #10.

It's going to be an exciting weekend!

That's fantastic. "Mr. Henderson" is a quality hombre. Can someone please put the Ace in my group on Sunday?

See you guys this afternoon.

Mike,
I hope we'll see you at Bayonet.

Pasatiempo C.P.'s are #3 and 18. ;D

Wearing two or three different logos in one outfit. :) It is not hard to do with a hat, shirt, and windshirt.

Should I play in the buck to avoid such incidental embarrassment?

I would guess....take the number of players, minus EG and multiply by one. Since EG is the inventor of the concept it's difficult to assess a penalty here.
