GolfWeek Magazine is hosting a party of 50 raters that are coming to rate the course on Friday, July 13th. GolfWeek is one of the premier golf magazines in the country and The Links has been rated as Top 100 Modern Course has a number of years.

Not common but not un common.   I had a GM ask me the other day to put together a list of panelists.   It can bite them on the ass, ask Baltusrol.  It rained heavily a few days before the event and then on the day it poured.  The course was in lousy condition and it safe to assume the event was a bust.
