Here’s the 5th tee shot, fairway mowing patterns clearly need to be expanded:
If you look closely from this angle you can see how what is the left rough is actually in line or left of the left greenside bunker. Therefore, anything in the left rough must play over the greenside bunker on the approach. I would rather see more of a bailout option from the fairway bunker by opening more fairway up left but leaving the player with a much more intimidating approach over the bunker.
