I have four pending orders left and Sun Mountain embroiders 6 bags at a time so two more bags can be ordered and then it is over.  Anyone still considering an order should let me know ASAP.

I think what you learn from this bag is how much garbage you have in your current bag.  A bag this small can easily carry 14 clubs provided you don't stuff the pockets with 3 dozen balls, gloves, a jacket, and so on. Besides which, I believe the price is really good, delivered to your door.

Got to Kentucky this afternoon.

Wife: "This box is very, very light. I don't think there's a bag in there, you better check they didn't just put packing materials in there."

Me: "OK, I'll get on that right away..."

Bob Jenkins: Your bag was shipped at the same time as the others - it was sent USPS and not Fedex because the cost was too high by Fedex but you should receive it soon.

Sun Mountain has an embroidery machine that does 6 bags at a time so there was an initial order of 48 bags that they completed.  I then received additional checks and placed the order but because of the holiday demand they will not be doing the embroidery on the next group until next week and they should be shipped by November 29 and received in the US within a few days - overseas can take longer.  So Craig Disher, Mike Benham, John Cullum, Tim Leahy, Phil Ganite, Mark Pearce, Noel Freeman, Dan Hermann, Steve Lang, Neil Regan, and other recent contacts - your orders should be shipped next week.

BTW - because of the 6 bag minimum I cannot see any more bags being ordered in the future.

But would there be room for Slag Bandoon's bottle of single malt?  ;D

Geoff, just to clarify, they shipped via Fedex ground service. I'd guess NY may be an additional day beyond Pittsburgh, and mine just showed up yesterday, so you will probably get yours today.

However, in the event that your bag shipped a day later or something like that, we're running into the holidays, so it probably wouldn't arrive until Monday.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Just received my bag, can't believe it's that light!  And not much room for Slag's flagon, but otherwise just right.  Thank you, Jerry, for suggesting and then successfully managing this process.

mine just arrived in UPSTATE New York ( we ALWAYS differentiate that, for known reasons ;) )

since I hit "sr status'  2 years ago, the number of non-irons in my bag seems to grow, and grow.....

it'll be real interesting to see if 4 woods, a hybrid, and my 9 other clubs will fit...my judgement by eyeballing is "no way"...if not...well, the 4 iron went, maybe it's the 5 iron's turn......

THANKS A LOT JERRY...GREAT IDEA...i'm really interested to see who will be the first GCAer I meet using their bag

Got mine a few days ago also... my son was very impressed.

As for it being small, jeez you should see my normal carry bag... tiny thing also used by shivas, Benham, Hendren among others... this GCA bag is gonna become my cart bag!

And as for 14 fitting, no issues there - where there's a will there's a way.  The sticks may not go in and out very easily, but they will fit.

Thanks again, Jerry.

Thanks again, Jerry.

Mine is coming to the office but not to keep it from the war department but from Her Majesty.

Good hearted soul that I am , I bought the bag for my wife.

John - how do you get your wife to caddie for you?  ;)

Mine arrived today (NY Met section Scott). It will hold 14 clubs but its a tight squeeze - Driver, 2 fairways, 1 hybrid, 9 irons and putter. No rain hood but otherwise its as ideal a carry bag as I've seen and with more pocket space and water bottle space then any other.

Thanks again Jerry!!!!!!

Got mine yesterday and I echo all the comments listed above.  I can fit my 14 in with no problem, just can't pull multiple clubs out at once..

Can't believe how light it is!

Thanks Jerry,

Jeff

it DOES hold 4 woods, a hybrid, a bulky headed (also balky, but that's another issue) putter, and 8 irons...kudos to Jerry...

I referred to it , upon arriving home, as "Jane, Thanks so much....I just received my first Christmas present from you"....
and received a big smile in return.....
