Apologies to Ran if he didn't want anyone to know about this yet!

I noticed when looking at the recently updated Portrush profile that the RCD profile was 'offline' and I assumed it was also being updated. It is still offline in the Courses by Country section but a new, superb, detailed profile is available right at the start of the Courses by Architect section. Magnificent description of a magnificent course.

  That updated profile shakes my confidence that Ballybunion is my favorite on the island. I guess I need to get back there and decide it on the courses. Or maybe Ran can review Ballybunion and save me the time and money.
 

   The cloudy background in those photos is surreal!

  BTW  I have played RCD 5 times and Ballybunion ( or is it affectionately known as "The bunion") twice.

It reinforces my confidence that RCD is the finest course I have played. As shown by the photos, the course is magnificent without the stunning setting. On a fine day with gorse in bloom it is magical.

Remember to take a few balls though. ;)
