I've been searching for Tom's book for the past year or so, whenever I'm in our local Chapters/Indigo bookstores. Had thought it was out of print and pretty much unavailable except used.
Was in a new Indigo bookstore today and lo and behold - a new edition from Canadian publisher, Fitzhenry and Whiteside (published under license from Burford Books) for sale in Canada only. Listed at $24.95 but was discounted to $18.95
For anyone still looking for this book, check with your local Indigo/Chapters.
