i would love to see a Strantz course in Jupiter, Florida. We have all the same designers, over and over again, and no one has really moved the land in a unqiue way, the way Strantz does.

People say that Florida courses are boring because the land is so flat. I say that with the sand base we have here, a Strantz course could raise the bar for all architects here in Florida, just as Fazio did in Las Vegas with Shadow Creek.

Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta

Bob Huntley:

You may have a point on the geography. I'll be interested to see how things turn out in Monterey.
