the australian pines actually narrow the fairway on the 9th and can affect the second shot if your tee ball is too far left. jjs

James,

The Australian Pines on # 9 don't interfere with play at all.

They're on the far bank of the right side canal along the border of the property.

It's the Palm Trees that interfere with second shots, the Australian Pines are on the far bank of the left side canal/waterway and not in play at all.

patrick, i stand corrected. the palm trees can interfere with the second shot. however, i thought i remembered australian pines on the left side of the fairway that seperated the 9th from part of the iron range. james
