Philly Welcome Dinner Janruary 25th

For those of you that don't know our own Cory Lewis recently relocated above the Mason-Dixon line from Baltimore up to Philly. He is now an assistant at Philly Cricket Club.

We are going to give Cory a bit of a philly welcome on Wednesday night (Janruary 25th) at Phil's Tavern at 7PM in Blue Bell.

Anyone interested in attending please either post or im me.

Phil's can get crowded so I'm going to ask for a final head count by Tuesday night at the latest.

Any and all GCA'ers are welcome.

I am sorry I cannot make it up. However you have selected an outstanding venue. I have been going to Phil's since long before I was of age. You cannot beat a Phils' Cheese steak. Hopefully you can rid Cory of that "Steak and Cheese" faux pas!

Rob,

Phil's has a great menu and is reasonably priced. I've been going there for at least 15 years or so. I haven't had a cheesesteak there for a while, but one word would describe it, BIG!

Take rt 476 north to exit 20
Follow the left lane to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill
Make a right
At the light make a left onto Butler Pike
Follow Butler Pike approx 3 lights (10 min)
Phil's Tavern will be on your Left

FROM BLUE BELL:
Follow rt 73 (Skippack Pike) going East
Make a Right onto Butler Pike
Phil's Tavern will be on your right

FROM AMBLER:
Follow Butler Pike going South 4 miles
Phil's Tavern will be on your right

FROM CONSHOHOCKEN:
Follow Fayette Street North (turns into Butler Pike)
Phil's Tavern will be on your right side

FROM PLYMOUTH MEETING:
Going East on Germantown Pike
Plymouth Meeting Mall is on your Left
Make a left on the Plymouth Meeting Road
At the second light make a left onto Butler Pike
Phil's Tavern will be on your Left
