Is the drive between 18 and the club house a public street ? Is there a street several holes cross?

Mike

As far as I can recall no. A lot of drives cross Weslayen Ave.

The property is a large expanse but all the "West" holes are in one area to the NW of the Clubhouse.

The "East" is completely different and has an unusual routing. 1 starts SE of the clubouse and 2 through 10 are all on the eastern side of the clubhouse. 11 through 18 are all on similar land and in between holes on the West 18.

Mike, the road you see is set back a few hundred yards from a public street known as Fenimore Road. The 9th and 10th Holes on the East Course are staging areas for the driving range and practice green. The attractive putting surface where the all the "traffic" is buzzing by is the fabulous green on 10 East.
