A question for the historians
« on: April 08, 2017, 08:08:10 AM »
Has anyone put the old Nisbet's golf yearbooks from the early years of the 20th century online?

Thanks

Not that I know of.

The USGA library has the full run. I would assume the British Library has them, but I've never looked.

They are fascinating. Articles by John Low (who also edited the annual for most of its existence) on architecture and rules are as good as they get. The golf course rankings he published in Nisbets' are the earliest I know of.
