Would you mind putting Ann-Margret in there, too? Thanks.

Isn't a 4-some more appropriate to golf?

Come on guys.  Look again at the last photo in the initial post.  Do you not recognize the "Visor" bunker when you see it?

I for one shall not fall victim to this hoax.  There is absolutely no way a bunker like this would ever be designed, much less constructed.

I thought it was dryvit, not drive it.

JAL,  I'm with you:  I unclog my nose in its general direction!

If the bunker at the 10th at Pine Valley is known as the Devil's A-Hole, what is the name of the bunker full of babes pictured above? :o

By the way, in all the years that I have gone to beaches and swimming pools, I have never seen a woman in any of those positions, except maybe the one on the far right...

For the record, I have a rather well known architect friend who tells me that this Treehouse is often been referred to as:

"Dickheads.com"

I'm just catching up here....

You're fricking kidding me, right?   ::) :P :-X

Nice stuff.  I wonder if it's possible to get a fried egg, embedded lie in the "roof" of that bunker.

Nice to see that the rest of you "dickheads" see the humor in the cornea-shattering excess here and treated it accordingly.  ;)  ;D

dickheads.com is already spoken for. I don't recommend that you surf there.

Per Dave M's interpretation, this seems to me to be the epitome of a "natural" bunker, reflecting the jewel in the crown of Southern California culture and its environment--the "perfect wave".  Max Behr is probably smiling in this grave......

Evan,

The 30 minute rule? No wonder, I thought it was the 30 second rule...my wife sure will appreciate the help I'm getting from here!

I take offense to the dickheads.com thing. I've met several from this site, and so far I think highly of everyone. So, it should be dickheads.ORG!!!!!

-Ron Whitten didn't see this (are we sure it's a) bunker?
-Ron Whitten chose not to see this bunker because he skipped a hole?
-He chose not to comment?

Whitten did comment on the bunker but he basically just glossed over it:
"At the right front of the green is a "wave" bunker, a bunker with sand raked up onto a concave slab of concrete, with grass hanging over all along its top edge to imitate a breaking wave. This obvious piece of street culvert had too many straight lines for my taste, but it was unique."

I can assure everyone that sadly the bunker in question is not a hoax - a joke, yes - but not a hoax.  I encountered this bunker along with David and we both had the pleasure of paying $100 to play this monstrosity.
