With the U.S. Open at the doorstep, there’s certainly a great wealth of new Olympic Club tours, course change overviews and historical accounts of previous U.S. Opens hosted at the club.  Many have been captured here, but I admit it's easy to miss some along the way.

I’ve aggregated (to borrow a new popular term) a handful of them.  It’s by no means intended to be a complete listing so feel free to add others.

Wow...thanks for indexing all these resource links.  Reading up as I type this.  Always adds to the viewing experience when you have some good history and knowledge of the holes.

Nicely done but my manifesto on the need to eliminate the rough on the Lake is not noted.  Of course, the manifesto isn't completed yet ...  ;D

Nicely done, thanks for doing the heavy lifting. As I scrolled down, I thought, I'll have to remind him about Operation Burger Dog - and there it was, tucked in perfectly at the end.

You may want to rename the thread to "U.S. Open at Olympic Club – Comprehensive Index of Links" to induce a few more readers.

This might also make a good thread for everyone to comment on the tourney as its played.

Thanks Howard, at least I know which one to skip. I have actually read most already so it will not take to Sunday to finish them.

Well, as long as it's intended to be comprehensive, here is a carousel showing the course over the decades, starting in 1938:

Here is a slider showing 1938 v 2012:
