Agree with Mike, more information is needed. However, my sole criticism, and it simply may be hard to discern in the picture, is that the green doesn't tie-into the mound as smoothly as I'de like to see. Assuming the green is approached from left of the photo, if the back end acted more like a backstop, gradually rising from the foot of the guy in the navy shirt and becoming more steep, eventually matching the slope of the fringe at the edge of the green to create a more seemless transition.
