Jonathan, I was wondering when that message was going to pop up! The drum roll had been going for over 3 days straight.

The 11th at Hidden Creek has to be in this discussion too.

I've not seen the hole at Shinnecock, but it looks similar in the photos.

Jonathan,

I doubled your score on the hole and was happy.

It sure is a great golf hole. I would like Mac Plummart's picture a lot more with some off white bunker sand and a little rougher around the edges.

Jordan,

I got extremely lucky when my ball landed into the upslope of the right fall off and took one big hop and stopped.  It could have just as easily kicked down into the bunker.

Considering the effective landing area of the green and the multiple recovery shots that test even the world's best - 4 would be a pretty good average to have on this hole!

Here's a few shots for you

from 12 tee

In all honesty, this was the hole that I was looking forward to playing the most and it didn't disappoint.  After seeing the hole, I hit a few shots from behind the green and that's extremely tough!
