Going to be in the DC area in September....suggestions?

I'm going to be in the Washington DC area the last week in September for work, and was wondering if anyone could give me some good courses to check out while I'm there. I'll be coming in on Sunday the 26th and leaving Friday Oct 1. I'm not very familiar with the golf in the area so your help would be much appreciated!

Wow that bad there? I'll be staying somewhere downtown. Not sure exactly yet. How far is the drive to Philly?
