I suppose you would say this is the breather hole between 14 and 16. Even 20+ handicappers can miss birdie puts on this one.

  The wind is usually into the player and can come as an updraft. Difficult for the player with a kilt.

The wind really comes into play on this hole as it is very exposed and you are hitting straight into the wind. The correct play is to play long and aim left of center.

I still remember this one time where there was a good stiff headwind (but nothing really out of ordinary). I usually hit a pitching wedge into this green, but I chose a 9 iron due to the wind. The ball practically went straight up and started coming backwards by the time it started coming down. It was short of the green by about 40 yards. That was fun :)
