I just recently went on a trip to Aberdeen, Scotland to participate in my sister’s wedding. My sister studies abroad at St. Andrews University in 2004, she enjoyed it so much that while finishing up her masters, she moved back to Scotland in the city of Aberdeen, and as lived there for 3 years now. She of course met a Scottish boy and had a wedding. When I found out I was going to have to wear a kilt, I was pretty excited. This is now my second time in Scotland, visited in 2004 when I was only 17. I must say that Scotland has great hospitality; every single person we met was very generous and wanted us to enjoy our time in the great country of Scotland. Being on a tight schedule with only 7 days to enjoy, I enjoyed quite a lot. I played four rounds of golf, (Royal Aberdeen, St. Andrews Eden, Hazlehead, and Kings Links). I tried to play Cruden and Murcar, but with everyone in a busy mode with the wedding I just played at places where I could fly around and not worry. We also spent a day sight seeing in Edinburgh, and then driving all around Aberdeen looking at castles and little towns. This was a trip that I will never forget. If you are a golf enthusiast, or just want to enjoy the great country of Scotland, this is a must do trip.
I will post some pictures of the trip
