No question, Kapalua is a big-league golf resort, but if top players are balking because the course is too wide open or scoring is too low, perhaps another site could be considered.
Apparently there are some rumblings about the lack of attendance by the top players to the seasons opener. I think this is a copout by blaming the course. IMHO, it's a matter of the season starting too early. I haven't played Kapalua. Does this possible reason in regards to the course make sense?
