Youngscap project in Kansas

I have heard rumors that Dick Youngscap is involved in a new Sand Hills type project on land in southeast Kansas near the Kansas-Oklahoma border.   Can anyone confirm these rumors or provide more information.

Wow- Had not heard that.  This could be very interesting.  From what I have from several people is the Faldo course in Hutch. is not going to generate much excitement.  I am very curious to see or hear what Dick is up to..
