Giants Ridge, Clasic Madden, Arcadia Bluffs, True North, Greywalls

My wife, Bette and I, are leaving Colorado on Sunday to start a treck back to Florida. If any GCA's want to meet up for golf and/or a drink, please respond here or via instant messaging.

It is always nice to meet up with fellow (or gal) CGA's

Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta

We'll cross paths or just miss each other.  I've got the Classic at Madden's, Deacon's Lodge, and possibly another (Pines at Grandview, Golden whatever, Cragun's) this week.

Don't miss Arcadia Bluffs, fantastic golf. Defienetly stop by & see Angels Crossing. From the images it looks outstanding. The other in the area you should check out is Forrest Dunes in Rosscommon. Very good Weiskopf.

Let us know about True North. I just heard some details about it and he said Engh built something very unique there.

I would strongly encourage you to play Deacon's Lodge over The Classic at Madden's.  Some of the holes get redundant at The Classic.  I was very pleasantly surprised by Deacon's Lodge, so much so that I would put it just slightly below The Quarry at Giant's Ridge.    

Have a great time it looks like a great list.

Peter, thanks for the suggestion.  I have not seen the Preserve.  Last time I was up there Breezy Point had just added their course.

If I have time, I'd like to see Golden whatever, Cragun's, or the Preserve.  THANKS!
