Will we be blogged to death?
« on: April 24, 2005, 12:24:32 PM »
Holy cow!  I can't possibly keep up any more.  I can't read Shackelford's page, Thompson's page, Barney's page, and more coming all the time, and maintain any semblance of cohession or comprehension with the threads of GCA as they run to 10 pages!

Are we internet connected voices becoming the golf borg?  Just an interwoven cyberspace force of golf babble, moving at warp speed to the infinite, and really going nowhere and everywhere at the same time?

Clutter is going to overtake your mind ;D. Narrow it down.

Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta

RJ,

I'd suggest judicious (or ruthless) pre-editing. Don't just bother reading most of it. You never suffer from "missing" something if you don't know what it is.

oh, moderation, focus, yeah - that's the ticket ;D

The above mental meanderings might have something to do with 29* windchill and nothing to do...except surf golf blogs :-\
