GA ON MY MIND
« on: November 11, 2004, 07:59:42 PM »
NOT JUST ANOTHER RED STATE:

A COMPETITION OR JUST A STROLL?

A WALK IN THE PARK.

THE CHAMP (in shivas's favorite pose) MARCHES TO YET ANOTHER VICTORY.

A PERFECTLY RELAXED FINISH- OR A MAN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HIS RESULTS.

A law suit or zoot suit?

It isn't Mystic in my case Lou.  I just didn't take much time to "frame" the golf holes in my shots... ;D

Dick, I did, and I do.  I have a picture of Charlie sitting up on the back of that chair.  As I have mentioned my laptop is still out of comission, I am using the old family dog of a desktop to survive on basic email only.  I hope to have the laptop back late this week, and plan to post some pictures when I can.  I have probably 70+ from the entire weekend.  I just hope everyones interest hasnt wained by the time I get around to starting my posts.

That last photo looks like Mike Young's Maple Ridge in Columbus, GA -- if so, I witnessed the only hole-in-one I've ever seen on this hole.  Because of the elevated tee, we had a great view:  the ball landed pin high about 20 feet to the right of the hole, and then the spin on the ball and the slope of the green ran the ball down and into the hole.  It was awesome.

If not there's a very similar hole there

Seeing that photo of Bill McBride in his Painswick shirt brings to mind Norman McLean:
