Corte Bella CC ( '04, Nash) in Sun City West, AZ

KemperSports acquires Phoenix-area gated residential golf community Corte Bella Golf Club

I was a "snowbird" there in 2008. This was Del Webb's last development before being acquired by Pulte  and first private club. There was an membership deposit of about 20K that was abandoned in the aftermath of the "great recession."  One of the better courses in the West Valley.

My parents only live about 10 minutes from here and I have played several times.

It's pretty solid, largely because the greens are more interested than most of the housing courses that Greg Nash did. So many of the other ones have flat, boring greens. Corte Bella is a step up from that. They previously allowed walking at all times and that was a bonus.
