Club graces

A friend of mine takes over as Captain of Wilmslow Golf Club in December.  He is required to say grace before formal dinners.  He wonders if there any good club graces and, if so, if you would mind sharing them with him.  He's not on E-mail so I'm happy to act as go-between.

What I'd recommend is something very simple and tasteful. I'd recommend slightly reworking Jimmy Durante's famous closing line (Goodnight Mrs. Callabash, wherever you are?") into

"Thank you (or Bless you) Mrs. Callabash, wherever you are."

He could always try the "Selkirk Grace", but I'm not sure if the burghers of Wilmslow would understand it....
