hi,

quick question does anybody know what it costs to join the kiawah island club (excluding the property you need to buy) and the annual dues?

I think it's up over $120k down and the dues are about $1k a month.

Round #s that's my understanding, gets access to both River & Cassique as well as Beach Club pool complex.  Ocean Course not included, since it's public!
