What top 100 (or so) course gets the least amount of play? 

I knew a guy who worked at Liberty National near NYC who said that during the 2007 golf season they got only 4,000 total players, this was from mid-May until mid-October I think he said.

And I recall Brad Tufts said that Myopia Hunt kind of fudges the number UP in order to get 6,000 or 8,000 rounds per year just to make it seem like they got play.

Using the following:
-7:00 as first tee time
-4 hour 30 minute rounds
-10 minute spacing
-18 hole rounds only[/li]

You are looking at a capacity of 71,000 rounds assuming the course is open every day.

Musgrove Mill GC averages abot 9000 rounds a year and the Members Club at Four Streams outside DC gets about 12000 rounds a year.

It seems to me that Sanctuary might get a lot of play when it is open.  They must have outings as least three days a week.

Not only do they allow 6 somes at Ala Wai - but the locals (who make up most of the players there) tend to tee off simultaneously. That saves a few minutes per group!
