I'm amazed how often people hit into the green before the group in front has driven away when using carts. Saw a buddy take a 3wood right in the head in this scenario. Cart path was about 15 yards from edge of green and as we are approaching the cart - wham - my friend was down and bleeding like crazy. Hit just above and between eye and temple. Spent the rest of the afternoon in the emergency room and the doc said an inch or two either way he'd have been left with one eye, or dead. Ever since I've made a point to get away from the green FAST.
The other guy's insurance company anted up $5,000 no questions asked.
