Name This Course - Battleground States Edition #2
« on: November 04, 2008, 02:40:31 PM »
I hadn't meant to start a new state with the pics I showed in the other thread, but OK, here goes, repeating the post from the other thread:

Jason (Mandel),

As if you know anything about this "Keeper of the Grass" architect.....if anyone should have a autobiographical book about a pot bunker.....

along with Mr. Sullivan's reply:

I know the answer to the second Battleground Course, but I cannot back into what the clues mean...

If I guess right does that mean my pick wins Pennsylvania? Could be huge...

Scott,

where'd you play on June 24 this year!

It'd be convenient if it was in NC, CO, FL, IN, NM, or OH

Sorry, at an internal conference for 2 days.

As Kalen got it first, this is Bobby Weed's re-do of White Manor, outside of Philadelphia.  Talk about
a sleeper of a course! More weed references and 'white manor'.

Nice catch.  We do the same vacation times every year for several years now.  Didn't play on 6/24
this year, but did on 6/22 (on another terrific re-do course) and 6/25 or 26 with a GCAer in ID.
