Pechanga land in socal ?

A friend told me that a course may be constructed by this tribe near Temecula. is anyone familiar with the site and possble architect involved. A mountain course or a valley course ?

As mentioned previously I flew over this in the Hindenberg on Monday....the course is seeded and allegedly going to open later this year....."oh the humanity".
