Brad,

You can add The Lakes in Sydney.
Norman won his first Australian Open here by holing a ten footer for par.
Elkington won the Open in 1992 and many more big tournaments have been well and truly decided by this hole.
Baddeley beat Garcia with a playoff birdie and Bernhard Langer once needed par to win, missed the green in the bunker, blasted out and then picked up his ball and threw it to his caddy to clean - all before he realized he had forgotten to mark it.Unbeleivable.

It may also the most often rebuilt par three - in the 40 years since Devlin/Von Hagge did the course Jack Newton has had a go followed by Peter Thomson and followed as we speak by us!

Mike,

The 17th hole at Medinah n°3 is a good choice too for the title  ;D

Sebastien,

Every time there is a tournament at Medinah there that hole seems to be different.
The Devlin hole lasted from 1969 the mid nineties I think - so that would make 4 different holes in about a dozen years.
Hopefully this is the end of it!

Brad - you should also note that both nines at Maketewah end with a par 3. Last time I played there, which was quite a while ago, one was a 3 iron and the other any where from a wedge to an 8 iron.

Tiger was asked in an interview his thoughts on a par-3 finish and he said he didn't care for it.  He thought a good finishing hole should test a player on more than just one shot.
