Colin Montgomerie has played in what 60 major championships? Who is the architect with the most designed golf courses that has never had a Major Tournament or A Senior Open or an Amateur?

Donald Ross.

Oops :-[

I thought we were talking about the architect as a golfer, not as a designer...... :o

...count me out [unless you define major as Major, like in the big four, then I'm in]....does the Canadian and PGA tour count?

Paul,

I would have to say the big four, the Senior Open and the US Amateur, Tour Events would not count. Restorations don't count either. It must be an original or shared design.
